1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synthesis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synthesis is a hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides AI coding assistants with persistent project memory, lessons, and checkpoints across sessions.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans:

• Free plan: 100 credits per month
• Pro plan: 1,000 credits per month at 30 SAR/month

Each MCP tool call consumes 1 credit. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you store through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
